We got our 16 week old pug puppy ten days ago. The entire transaction went so smoothly and our puppy is doing great! I give 5 stars for great communication and organization. Good experience only snag was stamps on vaccinations didn’t match dates so Vet wasn’t sure whether he got his latest vaccine. They were wanting to vaccinate him right then but I had them hold off because the message from Pawrade said no vaccinations within 10 days. Also he had fleas. But cutiepie lots of energy and great dog so far.

Staff was very helpful in helping me thru process especially. Donna The travel arrangement person was hard to reach. No dog food arrived with dog so had to run and buy some. People who brought him were very helpful as well. All in all very happy with Pawrade
